Hammer polyp extension

Newbie here to coral, was hoping you guys could tell me how my Hammer's doing. The polyp extension that i'm seeing from this thing is crazy. Does that always mean it's happy or could it be reaching for more light and/or food? I try to feed it whenever I feed my Acan but it always rolls the food off so I assume it's getting what it needs elsewhere. Here's two pics, one with pump on, one off and a video.

Looks pretty darn good to me. I have noticed some hammers have shorter tentacles and some are longer, it may just be the type you have.

God mine is like 5 heads and it doesn't look anything like these.

Freaking ashamed man. These are all mind blowingly killer.

If it makes you feel any better, my Lobophytum hasn't opened in almost 2 weeks. The LPS seem to love my tank, zoas are doing pretty good but could color up some more, but my leather is just straight up livid. I've seen maybe 3 polyps since I bought it. For my buddy, it's zoas. If he puts zoas in his tank, it's a guaranteed death sentence, or best case scenario they stay closed up 24/7. Funny how some tanks only favor certain types.

Hey, man. I'm just glad that heater incident didn't crash your tank. I'd hate to see that rock flower go. We'd have to put you on suicide watch too.
