So I've got a fumanchu which was known to sometimes go on 3-4 day hunger strikes usually during a move. I'm like the 3rd owner and I know he's at least a few years old.
I fear he's gone blind as he's hanging in unusual areas of the tank, usually on his side. Doesn't seem to react to stuff in front of him, can't get him to eat his usual krill. Been like a week now since he's eaten.
All other fish healthy, I did recently address a phosphate issue and drop those from a high down in 2 weeks. That's more a problem for my corals and didnt think it would affect him.
So unsure if he's sick/old/or what but with him not eating and seemingly looking thin, I was wondering. Can I just glove up and try to forcefeed him a krill to buy some more time?
