Hang on skimmer with canopy

does any body use or know of a skimmer that can hang off the back while a canopy is on top? My friend is trying to set up a 30g and not sure what skimmer will work with his canopy.i was thinking a aqua c remora hang on but im not sure how far off the back of the tank it sits.

I have a hangon, and I actually had to do some major moding to get it to fit . I wouldnt do hangon everagain

I had a CPR hangon with a canopy no problem
