Hanna Colorimeters

A while back, I saw a reference to one or more of these being known to be not so accurate but, now I can't find that thread. Does anyone know which ones these are?

I ask because, other than phosphate, I'm currently using Salifert test kits. But, a long time friend who's out of the hobby gifted me some Hanna Colorimeters last night. He gave me the following :

Alkalinity
pH
Nitrate Low Range
Nitrate High Range
Phosphorus Ultra Low Range

Any input would be appreciated as, I don't want to rely on one of these if they are not accurate. If that's the case, I'll continue using Salifert kits.

Found a really old thread. It appears from the chatter on that thread, the Phosphate meter is more accurate than the Phosphorus one. No big deal, as I mentioned, I already had the phosphate one.

Link to the thread? For some reason I thought it was the other way around and Phosphorus ULR was more accurate after the conversion table was used.

I use the hanna copper, alk and phos ulr. I have read that the mag colorimeter is the least accurate of the bunch but have no direct experience.

I’ve read mag is the “worst” as far as accuracy but I’ve heard Calcium can be easily messed up but not as bad as mag.
