Hanna ulr phosphorous testing target #s.

On my hanna checker ulr phosphorous checker I have been getting readings of .16 to .50. What is considered a good level for a reef tank? I am battling HA and would like to starve it. Converted to phosphate my worst reading is .15. If these levels are low what is this hellish evil living on?

Po4 range 0.02 - 0.04ppm.

This may go against general reefer opinions, but I keep my nitrates at 15ppm and my phosphates at .4-.8ppm and have no nuisance algae issues to speak of.
Key for this is having a very robust fuge.

i also keep mine high at around .5 and i do not have any nuisance algae growing. my macro in the refuge is growing like weeds thanks again for the brachypus phobos
