Happiness is like this

About two months I acquired this little brain from my brother. It was in dire need of a little TLC. He was pretty much convinced it would not recover which made it easy to get it from him.

Now it is growing and feeding regularly. I have to say this looks like it is going to be a pretty addition to my upcoming 120 gal.
I know it's a brain but what type exactly?

Amazing how such a small success make a person feel so good. :D

That is very cool, I see the cynarina now. It looks very similar to my Trachyphyllia Geoffroyi, but now I see the difference. The second pic really shows the cynarina characteristics.

I'm starting to fill my 120 today and hopefully in about a month or so I will have a nice new place to put it and let it grow out. I sure hope it looks similar to the one I looked at last night ,that one was beautiful. Only worry I have about the new tank is the fact I have almost twice the lighting power over it. Going to have to adjust them into the new light slowly.

Wow everytime I see that coral its liek it grown double. lol Congrates on getting her back to health. My open brain didnt make it. Im hopeing the other does ok. If he gets any worse hes getting feild trip to your tank. lol

Bring it over. I'll take care of it till you get your other tank going. I'm sure I can find a space in my tank for it. My big Trac needed a little TLC the other day . It's back to being it's normal self again, big as a small dinner plate.

mine hasnt gotten big in like a week and his dead spot has gotten bigger. I wish I knew what it was everything else in the tank has been doing well other than the brains. I might have to bring him by I just dont want to see another one go if he can be saved. He was so nice when he was all nice and big.

BTW, I have a 32inch RCA CRT TV I need to get rid of. It's 2 years old and works perfectly with a silver case and I also have a black stand I will throw in if anyone is interested. 100.00 OBO
Chris give me a call this evening when you get home. I'll see if I can come by and take a look at your brain to see what may be the cause of the dead spot.
