This morning my first child was born at 8:33 weight 7 punds 7 ounces. I have been smiling all day.....anyways I just want to thank those who where aware for their kinds words and prayers.

Oh by the way....the wife did it o natural......NO DRUGS!!!! She is such a trooper......

Yeah def not reef safe, the bioload she put out in her first day was extremely high. I had to clean the protien skimmer at least 5 times today.
