Harlequin prawn goby - Where to get one

Anybody have any info on these, I saw another member talking about them but have never seen them in stores or online. Would like to look into getting one but i am not finding much online.

It appears it goes by "Blue Speckled Prawn-Goby" as well as the by the Harlequin name. Maybe that will help.
