Harlequin shrimp eggs

So my pair came wondering around in the front today, I noticed the female under her tail was a large cluster of eggs. How often does this happen with harlequin shrimP?

Every month or so. Usually after the eggs hatch the female molts to rid the empty shells withen a few days. (IME)

Should I worry about water quality in a 12 gal lps tank with them hatching and dying?

I'd watch it. I can't say for sure if it'll hurt anything but neither will keeping an eye on the aquarium. Their starfish are enough to crash a 12 gal if they prematurely die and melt, fry hatching I don't think would be AS much of a problem in the slightest.. they'd just become food for the coral.
