Will a harlequin shrimp eat Fromia starfish ????

Probably. The cheapest starfish you can buy to feed them is the Chocolate Chip. Some people that have Harley's keep 6 or so CCS in their sump and take off a leg as they feed their Harley. Having several of them allows for the legs to grow back thus a sustainable source of food for them. CCS can be fed most anything and are easy to keep.

I agree with Dkuhlmann. Just be sure to not put the CCS in your main tank. Someone had their chocolate chip starfish eat a coral beauty.
