Harlequin shrimp with one claw OK?

i just picked up 2 harlequin shrimp. one of them only has one large claw. will he (a) be ok and (b) ever grow it back by chance?

Yes. It will regrow a new claw with the next molt.

Yes, crustaceans can regrow limbs over a series of molts. When he/she molts it'll grow a very tiny claw.. and next few molts get bigger and bigger until it reaches appropriate size.
