Harlequin Tusk Question

I'm planning a FOWLR tank that centers around a Harlequin Tusk. Are their any sand sifting, detritus shuffling, invertebrates that a Harlequin Tusk won't eat? I've read that they eat snails, true?

My small tuskfish wipe my tank of hermit crabs , peppermint shirimps and astrea snails. Only sea urchins are still doing the cleaning in my 65 g FOWLR tank.

Thanks very much for the reply! That's what I've been reading. I was hoping it was only crabs and shrimp.
