Harlequin Tuskfish/ Swallowtail Angel?

I have an Swallowtail Angel (Genicanthus Malanospilos) that is 3" long. Do you think an Austailian Harlequin Tuskfish that is between 3-5" will bother the swallowtail angel? Just trying to make good decisions before I buy the tuskfish.

How big is the tank? HTs will seldom bother anything they can't eat unless they're bored/"stressed" (the most abused term in the hobby, IMO).

The tank it will be going in is a 75 gal.

A HT is a big, active, robust fish. IMO & IME, a 75 is way too small. LA suggests 125 minimum----and they sell the fish.
