Help me!!! I found these on my zoas... what are they and how do I get rid of them?

They're zoanthid eating nudibranchs. There are sticky threads on how to deal with them in the Zoanthid forum here. You need to dip all your frags in FW for 5 to 10 minutes. This will not harm the zoanthids as long as you match the temp and pH roughly. It will however kill all the nudibranchs on the frag (but not the eggs). You need to scrape off the eggs and dispose. Eggs look like little white sticky things, usually on the base of the zoanthids. You may have success with some wrasses eating the nudibranchs, particularly those of the Halichoeres genus. Also Salifert's Flatworm eXit can be effective in killing them as well.
 
I had them too, fresh water dip, same temp and PH for about 15-20 minutes. You'll have to repeat several times until your polyps open again.
