Harmful?

Hello. Is it going to really harm the pulsing xenia if this saddleback clown thinks that the coral is a host?

Why would the clown get spots on it's sides? And I read in another post about clowns "getting-it-on" in Xenia?

Some Xenia are bothered by it initially, but often get used to it. It depends a bit on how, er, attentive the clowns are to the Xenia. :)

Well, the clown is very attached to the Xenia, and is lightly rustling in it. The Xenia seem to like it, because they are still open. I have not seen any markings on the clown, however.

Well it can certainly kill the coral. My maroon when through some huge clove polyps, and a colt coral.

better than a powerhead...

 !!!LOL!!!

Its sad too, because I have lost, I think, about 5 anemones (various types) to the overpowering powerhead. So that is why I invented a cover made for powerheads that blend in with the rest of the aquascape. I have used these covers for over 2 years, and they have not sucked anything into them but water. And the powerheads still perform as if the covers were not even there! If you are interested in buying a few, or need to know some more information about them, either PM me or email me at: riceaustin@gmail.com. Thanks! :mixed:
