There was a similar discussion on the Rareclownfish forum and I believe someone was working on it. By selective breeding they'd gotten a juvenile with a very small misbar (can't remember if it was the head, middle, or tail bar) but then they got brook or some other nasty disease in their tanks and it wiped out the whole project
i've seen black misbars (middle stripe) but not a naked black...a LFS gets them in all the time...come to think of it...all their clowns whether it be reg percs or blacks are misbars...
here's one of my pairs, they are the most misbarred I have seen for a while
i have often wondered's question myself. I would have thought someone would have done it by now, alot think misbarring is simply related to water quality in growing out.But it would never produce naked clowns that would need some selective breeding.
