Has anybody used Kent Marine Phosphate Sponge Filter Media in a phosphate reactor?

I am wondering if anyone has used Kent Marine Phosphate Sponge Filter Media in their little fishes 150 phosphate reactor? If so, how well does it work? how much would I need to put into the reactor for 110 gallon tank? And finally how much flow?

I have been researching this produce as I want to use it to absorb the PO4 in my CR effluent. I have not found a signigicant amount of info. It says on the lable that it is a ceramic based media not prone to the AL base media short commings. Any help would be great.
