I was getting ready to grab another driver for my new setup and I found these this driver says it will run 48 bulbs thats crazy Inventronics 120w driver - 2100mA
 
On paper it looks good, and given the issues people have had with the large capacity Meanwells (i.e. HLGs) it might be worth a shot. I haven't seen anyone mention using it yet though.

One obvious drawback of any large driver is that you have fewer "chunks" of control. If you're using 4 drivers at 12 LEDs each you can control 4 bunches of LEDs independently. If you have one driver with all 48 LEDs on it, you've only got one bunch to control.

Another note if you're looking at big drivers. You basically have two choices - high current or high voltage. High current means you'll be running parallel strings, so make sure you understand how to balance and protect strings. High voltage means you'll kill yourself if you make an error, so IMHO it's not really a viable choice.
