I have been using the L Type rotifers to feed my clownfish larvae and they have been doing great for my Ocellaris pair, but now I have a new hybrid Percula pair that's been laying and the larvae are noticeably smaller. The new larvae are not eating the L type rotifers. I can actually see them swim up to them and then turn away. They end up dying by day 4-5 after their egg sac is gone.
I saw on Reed Mariculture site that the S Type rotifers are a lot smaller than the L Type and figured I would give them a try. Just wanted to know if anyone had experience with them and if they required any different feeding/culturing methods than the L Type?
Thanks
Lou
