Has the rock recovered from Red Tide & the 'canes?

I am very seriously considering TBS for some live rock to top off my tank, about 30 to 50 lbs. Specifically the "coral rock" @ $6.00 per lb. I have read some that the red tide last year killed off all the brain corals that were growing and that the hurricanes tumbled them and took out other stuff. Has the rock recovered yet? If I order, let's say in the next six to eight weeks, what kind of rock can I expect? I am not at all worried about the bad hitchhikers. I plan on isolating the rock in it's own tank for a while until I feel comfortable I got the baddies out. I am really concerned with what good hitchhikers I can expect at the present time. Also If the corals are gone then maybe I can save a $1.00 per lb and just order the "deco rock". Any insight or opinions?
