hatian anemone sick need help

i have a hatian anemone. Its in my 55 gallon tank under 2 150 mh and 96 watt pc. the anemone is in the upper half of the tank in a rock. My ph levels are little high, around 8.5-8.6. My phosphate level are also around mgl. the anemone looks sick because the tentacles are drooping to the side. please help

Do a water change. Also need to run phosphate removal.

The other water parameters would be helpful too. And "okay", "fine" and "good" aren't answers, need actual numbers. Plus how long has the tank been set up, what type of filtration, and what is all in the tank.

Yeah you need to do alot of different tests not just the PH
