Hatian reef nem doin some weird stuff

got my haitian a couple weeks ago....things have been doing fine till yesterday. noticed that during the day...it looks rather sickly...deflated, limp tentacles....kinda droopy....then in the evening it seems to perc right up....same thing today....it looks like crap...half sucked up....just did my water test...Cal, ammo and nitrates are a lil elevated but not to bad.....my LTA seems to be doing fine. any ideas?

did notice that my tank salinity dropped to .022....it's back up to .025 and nem is reacting....a lil.....will give it a few hours observe and do another battery of test... as for flow...he's in a spot that has very little....he moved himself there so i figured he needed very little flow
