I have a 150 reef tank with various fish, but I have a pair of true percola clown which are bareing eggs what can I do to try and save them from the other fish

Have them lay their eggs on a tile, and remove the tile and artificially aerate them. Pick up the holy grail of clownfish rearing books to get more ideas.

Are the fish eating the eggs, or eating them when they hatch. If they are eating them when they hatch, the eggs usually hatch a few hours after the lights go out, sit up at night and catch them.

Artificially aerateing eggs is not the best option.

Putting a tile in the tank, near/at the breeding spot is your best bet. Then once the eggs are on it, remove it to another tank.

The reason "wilawalo" suggested using an airstone is to simulate the clowns fanning the eggs by creating gentle water movement.

The eggs will look like this on the tile,
