Having a problem with my cart doubling items

I'm trying to put together an order but as I do it starts to double items in my cart in two categories. The kicker is, it won't let me change numbers or delete items from my cart after this happens so I have no way to manually correct it. This has now happened from my home laptop and my work desktop in both firefox and IE. Here's a screen cap to show you the problem.
