Having issues with the order form

Richard,

I tried to place an order yesterday for 25 lbs of decorator rock, asking for no more than 4 pcs. to make up the 25 lbs, I think I sent it but not sure you got it? since everytime I click on the form I get Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage? I got it once and filled out the form, but again not sure you got it.
