having trouble flying back corals

I'm in Orlando and have called SWA twice and gotten 2 different answers. 1) that I can fly back corals as long as the cooler is hard (not styrofoam). 2) I can't fly it back because you can't transport water. I have no idea what to do. I know a lot of people have done it before, but I don't want to buy the corals, and then have to leave them at the airport...any suggestions from experience?
thanks,

I just did this on SWA 3 weeks ago. I used a canvas tote bag and carried them on the plane. No questions from the airline or security. Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m not sure what the issue is with water but I wouldnââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t bring a large cooler. As it seems that the whole issue transporting coral/livestock is a gray area, I tried to raise as little attention as possible.

The pet store that I got my livestock at recommended that I have my sales receipt handy just in case someone questioned if they had been taken from FL waters. I had it but no one asked.
