Having Trouble with Bryopsis

My tank is a 120 gallon reef about 1.5 years old. When the bryopsis first started growing I didn't know what it was and let it grow, everywhere. I did spend one long afternoon manually removing it but it grew right back. Also, I've tried a phosphate romover and tangs but that doesn't seems to work. It currently thrives everywhere in the tank and I'm asking for any ideas on getting rid of it.

I have a good clean up crew, blue and scarlet hermits, bristle stars; cleaner, peppermint and coral banded shrimp, a few types of snails, a sailfin tang, fox face, and a lawnmower blenny. I have Chaetomorpha Macro Algae in my sump, though it doesn't grow very vigerously.
