what does everyone feed and how often. will kent zooplex be ok. do you need to use syringe for direct shot to duster or ok just to add to water and let flow take over

In an established tank, you don't really need to feed them. At least I don't.

In a new tank, I would add some food from time to time and let it capture it with the flow.
