Hawaiian Flame Wrasse Eye problem - Please help me ID & treat pics and video included

I noticed that my new fish seemed to have a blind spot, as in food would fly right by his right eye but he wouldn't notice. After much closer examination, it looks like there is something opaque on the iris of its eye. slightly translucent, while the other eye is clear black.
I looked up this site:

http://www.fishyfarmacy.com/fish_diseases/eyes.html

and quite frankly, i have no idea if its A,B,C, or D....

It is on his right eye. It seems like he is blind on that spot or has bad vision.

sorry for the bad quality on the video.

Please help me ID the disease and teach me how to cure it.
Thanks so much

freshwater dip? alright does anyone have any guidelines on how to do this? i'm scared to do it on such an expensive fish...

Remove fish to a large tupperware container with R/O and temp corrected and PH for a few minutes. Then remove to quarantine to treat with antibiotics. The eye problem is either a fluke infection or bacterial infection.
