i was looking at a Hawaiian Flame Wrasse whats a good price for one I can get a pair for 250 they have 7 pair in stock. Just one would be $140 should i jump on it or just wight

Are males in the pairs supermales or young males? That's not a bad price either way, but you might be able to find a lower price for a pair if you wait long enough. That said, I would probably get a pair for that price.

will it fight with my blue flasher wrasse and do they ship good bc i olny have 48 hours to pick it up form the LRS for that price

supermales ship more poorly than the females for sure... the flame supermales are a bit more sensitive in that regard. they are not overly aggressive IMHO.
