I am interested in a Hawaiian Flame wrasse and was wondering if you would be having one come up on the divers den in the near future. I'm looking for a dominant male. Thank you in advance.

Steelers2005,

Thank you for your post. We are checking into the availability of the Male Hawaiian Flame Wrasse in our upcoming Divers’ Den offerings. We will contact our Aquaculture Facility tomorrow, and post here once we have this info. We appreciate your patience with this matter.

steelers2005,

Thank you for your patience! We have checked with our Aquacultured Coral & Marine Life Facility in regards to the availability of a dominant male Hawaiian Flame Wrasse. The Cirrhilabrus Jordani is a difficult species to collect when searching for a specific size and sex. The dominant males are rarely harvested. Our facility is always on the look out for a mature specimen of this specific fish and will hopefully be able to offer one in the future.

At this time we have two available on our Divers Den section. One is a Sub dominant male Hawaiian flame wrasse and one is a female. You may view these at the following two links:

We hope you find this information helpful and enjoy viewing the two exquisite specimens above. Please continue to watch our Divers Den section for new arrivals daily!
