Mike's Merchandise in Decatur has a 48" Coralife HO T5 2x54w fixture for $45 in the pet supplies section. Missing legs and manual, and the box is in rough condition, otherwise it looked good.
There was also a 36", but someone (*cough* *cough*) already bought it. They were happy to plug it in to verify it was in working condition.
