Heaters for basement sump

Hi all - I'm planning to use a 100g rubbermaid stock tank for a basement sump. I live up in New England where the winters can get very cold and my basement temperatures hovers around 50 degrees. What would I need for heaters for the 100g stock tank plus the 75g aquarium itself?

Any suggestions on specific heaters (brands, wattage, etc)?

I’m doing the same thing but my basement never gets that cold maybe 60 degrees.

I use the Aqua Medic Biotherm 1000w Titanium Heating Element and a Dual Stage Digital Temperature Controller.
