Heating Element

I noticed that some manufacturers sell their heater controllers and heating elements seperate. Since the Profilux is my controller, can I just plug the heating element directly to the digital strip and not run their controller between the two? Can it handle a 500w element? 1000w element?

Yes you can, just use the heater elements and forget the controller!

if the heater does not work without the shipped controller then just set the temp. of this slightly higher than the temp. setting in the ProfiLux. 1000W is no problem
