Height of Reflector

I am in the process of building a canopy for my new 125 gallon and came across this article and found it to be interesting so I though I woul share.

I know many of you know that raising the reflector will help , but I was not aware of this.

HMMMMMMMMMM I really need to borrow a PAR meter from someone and do some tests because if this is the case I'll build a 2ft tall canopy..
