Use ICH Attack made by Kordon (N-O-T RID ICH) Ich Attack is reef safe and should cure the problem. Try first using 1/2 rec. dose, then repeat as needed, turn off skimmer & remove charcoal while dosing. Ich is best dosed just before lights out when they leave the fish and float free. Watch for temp swings in water this time of year (often during water changes) as long as he's eating you should be fine if your treating him early in the process. Some tangs tend to get tiny bouts of ICH that would likely go away, so don't panic but it's something that should be watched & addressed.
