Hows it goin my fellow NM Reefers?
my name is julian im 20 and i have been trying to get back into the game but times have been hard and i have not been able to setup my new tank..... heres a quik bio
I have done freshwater since i was 10 but before i got into SW and FW. i was into reptiles...majorly... i had a rap sheet including Argentine Tegus, Bearded Dragons,Savaanah Monitors,Chinese Water Dragons,Ball Pythons,Burmese Pythons, Box turtles, Iguanas, and much more...... but i worked at Critters in Rio (before the let down i saw the other day...it was a sad sight) and a guy who was taking care of the SW section introduced me to SW Reefs and i HAVE BEEN ADDICTED SINCE!!!!! sooooo i have had two tanks total since 2004 a 29 gal, and a 55 gal. both reefs, but i need some help with my new tank...
tanks: 2 custom 55gal split with 4 drilled holes (same as critters tanks)
i want to take down the split in one of the tanks and add a internal overflow. and use the second tank as a custom sump/refugium
i need help with a metal stand being built
and sump design/build
Wanted Specs:
2 175w Mh and two t5s -all icecap
reeflo snapper return pump
2 6055 Nano Tunzes with multi-controller
MRC Kalkwasser stirrer w/RO-DI
MRC Nilson Reactor
Nepune aquacontroller 3
Octopus 150 or a DAS skimmer
Current Prime Mini 1/10 Hp Chiller
please help me in the design/build of sump and building a metal stand
ps. i would like to go to one of the meetings but i feel ashamed if i go cuz i dont have a tank yet........
