Hello everyone, Jon here from Hollywood.

Hopefully in the next week/few weeks I'll be making a tank purchase and hope to meet and learn from you guys and the site.
 
You have come to the right place.. RC has a wealth of information.. Basically everything I know I learned here.. What a great time you have chosen.. MACNA is next month...
 
welcome jon make sure to ask as many questions as u need to especially when purchasing equipment if not u will end up buying everything twice lol.

Oh yes, I will have lots of questions, I will be buying everything used, but I want to make sure I get what I need, so stay tuned for all he questions :-)

I am thinking nothing smaller than a 180, up to 240, soft and hard corals, although I do not have much experience with them, but I know a lot has to do with the right lighting.

I'd like to have tangs, angelfish, harlequin tusk, possibly a lionfish if that is possible with that type of tank, butterfly fish, anthias, etc, you get the idea, lots of color.
