hello everyone ill be in decatur next weekend and was wondering if there are any good lfs in the area. thanks in advance.

Not really, Ken's Aquarium has new owners that are good people but they are still getting started so they don't have a lot of livestock yet. When they do get it in, it generally goes fast. I can't call them "good" yet because I've been to nearly every LFS in a 200 mile radius but they have potential.

I agree on Kens. I'm really hopeful the new owners turn that place around. It sounds like they have plans to do that and have started interior renovations. But I too find myself not wanting to purchase their livestock.

right on im not really looking to purchase any livestock unless its just to hard to pass up.

I love The Corner Reef! I just wish it was closer to me.
im 45 min from it i drive past 3 other stores to go there.
