help adding green chromis's

I want to get like 6 green chromis for my 38 gallon tank because I have seen them in a school in other tanks but I heard that they need a predator to keep them in a school or else they will stay apart just like normal fish. Does anyone know of a predator or something that I can put in my tank to keep them in a school. I currently have 3 blue and yellow damsels and 2 percula clowns. I have heard that I cant add 6 chromis with the fish I have now because it will create too much bio load. If I take out the 3 damsels and at the same time add 3 chromis, and then a week later add 2 more chromis, will that be OK? thanks :)

Why would you add a fish for the sole purpose of stressing out the other fish?

I have 10 chromis and they school without a predatopr, just get a larger tang and they usually school when the tang comes towards them. I agree with hippieSmell. why would you want to stress your fish?

The chromis probably aren't going to effectively school in your 38 gallon tank due to the size restraints. Not to mention you would pretty much have maxed out the fish you can have if you add all 6 to your tank. A better stocking list might look something like this.

A pair of clownfish
Royal Gramma
Sixline wrasse
2- Green Chromis

This hobby is a lot more fun when you don't have to battle poor water quality and fish deaths due to a bioload that is to heavy for the tank.
