Help ai hydra

Hello reefers i really need you guys help. I've tried to search up info online but cant find anything . So I have an old Aqua Illumination hydra light ( 20 led) and ai contoller that I used on my old setup back in 2014 , it used to work perfect , now I set up a small frag tank and put the light on and can not pair my controller to the light, the light turns on manually and all leds work , but when I try to pair to contoller it says host failed, I've watched you tube videos of how to pair and still I cant find the light , did anybody ever experienced this issue ? Controller is running the latest firmware. I just cant buy another $200 light right at this moment.

Try resetting the ai hydra and do u have the ai WiFi controller or just the regular controller? Either way I think there is a rest for both? I would try that. Yo7. Ay need to update the firmare on it if it keeps failing?

I’m using the first gen ai hydra52 with the WiFi controller on mine.
