HELP!!! Angel not doing well

Sorry to link, but I'm on the phone and desperate! http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1774537. As was suggested on this link, I think it may be uronema and am terrified! Any suggestions GREATLY appreciated.

Actually, just checked, the fish is dead, but I'd still very much like to know what happened.

uronema, maybe. I would call the seller and ask him if he showed any signs before he shipped. Of course he will say no, but you don't know for sure. Also, how was he packaged? Could he have been crushed with the bags sliding around in the box, why he was laying down? Would not be the first time this has happen.
