This does not look good. I am not understanding how that tank's length is supported: Is the entire bottom of the tank resting on a solid flat support, or is it spanning two points, unsupported in the middle?
Are you sure that it hasn't always been there?
Looks like air bubbles from the build, that would be there w/ or w/out water in the tank.
