help bacterial infection

hi every one i have a 150 gal mixed reef i did not qt my salfin tang since to large i was completely stupid for not doing this which i have always qt all my fish well he came down with ich and like 2 days later his fins were eaten and his eyes were cloudy and a day later he died and i also lost 5 of my fish i have had for 3 years +. my pram in my tank are

all the remainders of my fish look fine know i do a 55 gal water change every other week. is my tank safe know or do i have to add stuff

The params seem ok, but if your tank is infected with Ick, then it is infected. Only way to resolve it is to leave the tank fallow (empty of fish) for ~10 weeks. Leave the fish in a quarantine tank during that time. Corals and such can stay in the display. The fish will need to be treated in the QT for disease. I'd search the forum for procedures.. if done wrong you could just as easily reintroduce ick back to the display tank via the fish after 10 weeks. If so, you'd need to start the quarantine period over again.
 
Are you sure you don't have Brook? Do a little reading on it just in case - in the meantime - move all your fish to QT and treat accordingly. If it is in fact Crypt, copper or hypo are in order, if it's brook you're going to need to do some formalin dips. Urgency is required if it's Brook, it kills quick.
