Help!!! Bellus not looking good, pop-eyed!!

Hi,

I just walked downstairs to feed my tank when i see my male bellus angel who i've had for about 5 months on the sand bed, lying flat. Every day up until today he has been fine, but recently, he's gotten some ich. I've been dosing my tank with Kich Ich, but he does not look good. His eyes are enlarged greatly, and They look popped-out. My tank params are all fine, nothing is out of range, and all the other fish are swimming around fine. I Have him in holding right now, what step should I take with him, as this fish is my favorite and would be a terrible one to lose. Thanks so much.

Well if he's quarentiened, you might as well go all the way and treat him with something strong like copper, but if his eyes are popped out, than he has pop-eye, whic can be cured with antibacterials
