My bleeding apple scolly is looking bad I really need some help keeping it I think its dieing but im not sure

Yes, it is dying. Its tissue is recessed along the edges and has a gaping mouth.

Looks like a young tank with insufficient lighting, but that could just be the picture....

My friends tank broke so I took this stuff in(got all of it for free) lighting is a 150 mh off of a old 34 solona because I cant put them in my 180 fowlr
