HELP!!!

I just bought a pair of ORA borrdstock Ocellaris, they are beautiful. The female is about 4.5" and the male is like 3". I got them two days ago and from the beggining they would not eat. Ocassionally the male will peck at a bit of bs. However I am getting realllyyyy worried because they should be eating like pigs but they are not and now they are both breaving a bit heavy. I am worried and wonder if you guys could help me out....all water params are good...tiny bit of ammonia though. None of the equipment or the tank itself were used so I cannot see any possibilityu of contamination....I set the tank up to replicate the pictures of the ORA tanks I have seen in order to make them as comfortable as possible. I really dont want to lose these guys so any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated..doen to what I should try feeding them( I have tried bs, mysis, krill flakes..etc.)..and do they sound like they may be sick? Thanx much.

While I am sure you are right I know the amount of Ammonia I had was not the sole source of the issue as it was very low and now after a waterchange it doesnt register on the tests...furthermore the ammonia in the shipping bag was much higher..
