IMO, 3 ppm nitrate is fine.

A two part is certainly a fine way to go, and it is the easiest system to correct issues relating to salt mixes that do not match the tank, etc.

Thank you everyone with your opinions. Appreciate all the info. I will probably switch to two part shortly as demand increases. I did not have much experience with Kalk and wanted to learn the little details. Thanks again everyone.
