help choosing bulbs

I have been in the hobby 10 years now but haven't kept up with the current lighting systems for the past 3 or 4 years. I have a 75g LR only tank with 2 old school T12's, down to one now. I am going to upgrade to an ice cap retrofit kit with 3 T5's. Which 3 bulbs would you suggest for my setup with the possibilty of getting into some starter corals down the road? I should mention I have and 4 ft wide reef ready Oceanic tank with a 5 inch high canopy. Thanks in advance.

You will need more than just 3 t5s on that tank if you plan on keeping corals. 6 will be good for keeping any corals you want, sps up higher. As for bulbs Actinic, True Actinic, Fiji purple, 10k seem to be used alot. You will get better results asking in the lighting filtration and equipment forum. I run MH myself and feel its the best way to go, tried an true.
