Help Choosing some fishes...

Hello,
I have a 65 Gallon RSM 250. I have a reef tank, and after sadly loosing all of my fish due to ich (I tried everything, FW Dip, Treatments, everything but a copper medicine, it was just too late by the time my parents listened to what I had to say) (By the way not all of them died the 5 smallet of them are still in my tank but after watching them, I decided to give them to someone who knows how to treat for ich) I have decided to wait 2-3 months after all of my fishes are out so the ich will go away. I heard that without a host It wont survive for 30 days. Are peppermint shrimp and a sand-sifting starfish potential hosts? I am also assuming corals are not as this is a marine fish disease. But please just reitterate that for me, or tell me otherwise. So after I get rid of all the possible hosts i wanted to give the ich some time to die off. I once heard a saying that goes something like this, "The mistakes we make in life, are actually learning experiences, and those mistakes will never happen again if your wise enough" I am taking the hit and moving on, this time with lots of research, decisions and time. Heres what Im looking to put in my 65 gallon reef tank.
3 Bartlett's Anthias- I have a few questions on these:
1) Can I mix and match different Anthias, and will they still get along and school, or is it best to keep the same Anthias types together?
2) Is three too large of a number for my tank, I know they tend to prefer schooling, and do best in the ratio one male to two females.
1 Mandarin Dragonett (My tank is stocked with copepods that are fed phytoplankton every day)

I wanted to do two more fish (Preferably unique, colorful and interesting fish, I want a wide variety of colors in my tank, and I like the fish sticking out like sore thumbs with a personality) If anyone has any suggestions.

Also is it okay to have 3-4 shrimp in the same tank? I have 2 peppermints and I wanted to add one cleaner shrimp and maybe one more peppermint or cleaner. Also, everyone with RSM say 6 fish should be all the fish you add, do snails, shrimps, and starfish fall into the 6 category?

I am a noob, but I can tell you that the fish police will be along shortly to disabuse you of getting a mandarin. 65 gallons without a sump isn't going to do it. It'll starve.

The real quesions are about those Anthias is anyone could answer those, those are the first fish I wanna put in if I can, once again is three bartletts anthias too much for a 65 gallon tank, and can you mix and match different types of anthias like addig a bartletts and maybe a dispar anthias?

Okay so three species basically a trio of bertletts anthias, although it recommends a bigger tank I have seen full grown trios in smaller tanks than mine, so the question is, would it be okay or not?

Okay so 3 Bartlett's Anthias in a 65 gallon tank would be the only things I could add or would there be a way to add a clownfish and or blue hippo/yellow tang?

I wouldn't add three anthias to a 65. You could add one anthias like a sunburst/fathead beacuse they are more solitary, but personally, I would not advise 3 bartletts.

I want really colorful fish with unique personalities like I remember although it's not a fish I had a scarlet cleaner shrimp, and it would come up to my hand, and interact a lot and I liked that, I currently have no fish in my tank, because i had ich and lost a few then gave rhe rest to a guy who didn't have a reef tank that he could treat them, so I have a few questions. Can shrimp carry ich, because I have two peppermint and I didn't want ich to stay in the tank then add the fish I love just to have them die. So can shrimp contract ich or sand sifting sea stars or turbo snails lol. Then what are some colorful and unique fish, I wanted some stuff that you don't see too often but it's a reef tank. And then ich will die within 30 days of having no hosts correct?

i believe if you give the tank enough time all the ich will go away as long as there is no fish in the tank, to be safe i think you should wait for 8 weeks before you re populate your tank with fish. i think fairy wrasses will be a good addition to your tank they are could be real colorful and swim around alot. Also maybe you could consider a larger school of glass cardinals (5-10) they look quite interesting in large numbers i believe they stick togetaher quite well.
